Existing House
A newly framed roof on a steeper pitch to accommodate 2nd story spaces and utilities, garage/laundry/master closet/front porch addition, and demolition of existing walls down to the studs.
The new siding is Hardie board and wood batten throughout for a simple and classic farmhouse look.
Living and kitchen ceiling heights were increased to 12 feet with a shed dormer roof. Clerestory windows allow in northern light.
